It didn't take her long to pick a dress that seemed the best one to use. It was slinks with some frippery that she could easily gather up and tie away from the gears and exhaust of the bike. And now the only thing that needed to be done was make up and hair. So that's what she works on, a smokey eye and decent contour.

So after being let in they quickly change into a nice dress as well. On people with breasts to speak of, it might have looked modest, but on Morgan, who has naught but some slight muscle, it hangs dangerously low even when tightened up, just enough to show their tattoo and a promise of something more under. Plus it was easy enough to gather and stow away for the ride over.

"I trust them, Daddy. But we all know you're the best rider." Placating him with a kiss on the cheek, she goes to wait for Morgan to arrive. Wren carries more muscle on her giving her riding practices, but it's lean and not bulky, and is readily visible on her shoulders and back.

"Then I reckon we'll take the trip that'll allow us to get up into some proper speeds, but still gives us a good view." There was a good road that ran along the coast for a bit, it also didn't veer them too far off the way there. A little diversion, but the two had literally all night. They'd be fine.
Waiting until Wren had mounted the bike, and was hanging on tight, they slowly start driving. "Alright then princess, some speed, as you wish." And with that said, they let it rip and the pair starting speeding up something fierce.

Holding on for all she was worth, the side of her helmet was pressed against their back. It took a minute for her to relax --mentally, not her hold-- and peek through the visor to watch the land whorl by. She wasn't quite used to the speeds either, but didn't mind it as much as she thought she would. Wren gave a low whistle at the scene, careful not to alter the balance of the bike.
"This is... amazing!"

It's almost like a scene from a show or an anime. But it doesn't last forever, partially because they have to take off the coastal road.
The road into the castle is almost equally glorious however, a gravel road along a birch avenue leads to a fountain in front of the massive yard and castle entrance, and off a little to the side is the car park, convenient. They pull up and park their bike, having cruised along the road. Whilst waiting on Wren to unwrap herself from them, Morgan takes off their helmet and gives their hair a shake, it's getting a little long in their opinion, but it let them swish it around all fancy like.
"So, you enjoy the ride?"

Almost." Then her eyes flicked over to the castle's entrance and that grin graced her face. "Ready in a minute to haunt a castle?" They just needed to adjust clothing, put on proper footwear and the like. And then it was 'raid time' of having fun, dancing, and doing whatever they could to stay on this side of out of trouble.

"And I'd like to keep it that way really, I've no desire to go airborne with my bike again." There is a story to be told, but that'll will have to wait for another day.
Wren's words spurs them into action and they change their boots to some cutesy shoes that went with the dress. Patting around their pockets, the dress has pockets thankfully, a brief moment of panic crosses their face. "Hey Wren, can you help with my hair? I don't have my pocket mirror on me." Morgan shrugs and points at their head. "Just say when it looks good?" They begin rustling it and start tying a braid. "I'm useless at this if I don't have a mirror, but whatever looks fine will have to do. And after that, we'll haunt this place to the ground!"

Date: 2025-03-21 09:46 pm (UTC)Haunting a castle while there were people touring as ghost hunters was definitely a treat. Who else could sneak into dark spaces and stay there in utter silence, waiting for someone to walk by and just stare at them until they screamed? And of course, there was the party part of it on the other side of the castle, but the haunting had to happen first.

Date: 2025-03-22 06:21 pm (UTC)"So, where do we begin? Also how are we getting in without being seen?" Morgan is going to let Wren take the lead for now, they would absolutely help provide the horror effect, but getting in without being seen? Not in Morgan's ballpark.

Date: 2025-03-23 08:52 pm (UTC)It was a small trek around the grounds to find the door that had once been used for servents and maids to come in and out of the castle unnoticed. Getting in without being seen? Complete. She tested the door, finding it unlocked and carefully pushing it to test the hinges. Hopefully they didn't creek too much.
"Here we go, beauty first," Wren whispered, urging Morgan to go into the black expanse of the new room within the castle. "From here, we'll just have to remember how many twists and turns it takes to get back to this door."
A scullery door which opened up into an unused kitchen that still contained its tables and cutlery. Wren was taking careful, small steps so she wouldn't knock anything over or bang into anything else that would cause noise.

Date: 2025-03-26 10:39 pm (UTC)Morgan took lead through the door as Wren urged, stepping into the darkness and fumbling around in the dark for a wall to keep a hand on. "Hope your darksight is better than mine, because I can't see shit."
Thankfully Wren took the lead from there, so Morgan did as asked and remembered the many shifts and twists in direction they took to get to the scullery door. Following after Wren through the kitchen they followed her footsteps exactly. Thankfully neither of them made much noise as they made their way past the next door and out into a hallway. They look both ways. "Coast is clear."
Deciding to take charge, Morgan leads the way down the left path, deeper into the castle itself, away from the noises they thought might belong to the party. There is little light but Morgan's eyes have adapted so they're able to discern where they are leading Wren.
A noise up ahead makes Morgan freeze completely. "Footsteps" they whisper and puts a hand backwards, as if to guard her, "and there, a light, quickly, hide." Morgan turns and pulls Wren along with them into an alcove. It wasn't much cover, but if no-one shone a light at the pair they might just be able to blend perfectly in with the darkness.
